COUNTEC CT-SC-40 - A fully automatic, menü-controlled machine suitable for screw and/or press caps
A vibratory bowl orientates and feeds the caps via a chute to the transfer
station where the caps are handed over into the capping chuck. The
containers
are fed from the conveyor into the starwheel, which takes them
to the
capping station where the caps are applied and firmly screwed on
(or pressed
home).

CT-OC-120 Fully automatic press capping machine
Caps are loaded into a vibratory bowl feeder, aligned and fed
to the chute escapement.
As containers pass along the conveyor, they are gripped by adjustable
side belts.
The cap is tripped onto the container before passing beneath an adjustable
top pressure belt that evenly presses
the cap down.
Cap presence detecting system reject the bottle if no cap or tilted cap
option.

Method: The caps are applied manually and will be firmly pressed on, while passing the Cap Press.
