Mobile Paratran II
   

DIVERTER

The Travtec Basecoding Diverter II is designed for use with Inkjet Printers, Laser Coders, Label Applicators and Vision Imaging Systems.

Used where access is required to the base of Cans, Bottles, Jars & Aerosols for Coding, Marking, Label Application or Inspection, whilst being transported along a conveyor.

The Diverter II is used where it is inconvenient to create a gap in the line, and is easily attached to most conveyors up to 150mm wide.

Adjustment between container sizes takes only seconds, and the twin belt drive ensures positive container control and guidance.

   
   
 

CAP PRESS

A simple unit to apply press caps (with inner or outer seat ) on containers.

May be mounted to any existing conveyor:

Method: The caps are applied manually and will be firmly pressed on, while passing the Cap Press.

PHARMACARTON II - One Compact Unit - Code, Verify, Reject

The Pharmacarton Coding Station is designed for in-line, high resolution digital printing of lot, expiry and barcodes for pharmaceutical and medical cartons. The new design overcomes the problem of printing high density barcodes and 2D codes on line by totally controlling the carton during the print and vision process.

The turnkey system combines a precision multi-belt conveyor with a synchronised top hold down belt and is integrated with any small character Inkjet Printer, and an OCV optical character verification system. A reject station with pack rejected confirmation compliments the total design.

This fully integrated module provides pharmaceutical and medical manufacturers with an easy to operate, flexible system to meet a variety of coding requirements. The station is easily integrated into existing packaging lines using minimum space, and is adjustable to suite a range of carton sizes.
