	CT-UA 200 Fully automatic cGMP bottle unscrambling machine Gentle handling of containers Quick and easy changeover without tools. Fully interlocked guarding Designed to feed random bottles in an upright position on its out feed conveyor after being cleaned by de-ionzing air with vacuum. Bottles loaded in extra big bulk hopper are supplied to the sorter via a bottle elevator. Bottles are aligned around the sorter dise. While a conveyor and side belt mechanism transfers the bottles from the sorter to the aligning unit, bottles are inverted and cleaned by de-ionizing air with vacuum. CT-SG-120 Inserting Machine for Silicagel-Capsules
	CT-CG-120 Inserting Machine for Silicagel-Capsules GMP-worthy machine to insert silicagel-capsules into bottles. The silicagel-capsules are orientated and transferred into the feeding chute. An upper an a lower sensor verify the that there are capsules ready to be fed into the wailting bottle, which has been arrested by two pneumatic bottle gating stoppers underneath the outfeed of the chute. By means of 2 pneumatic stoppers a number of 1 - 5 silicagels are realeased to fall into the bottle, verified by another sensor directly at the outfeed. Afterwards the bottle is released and replaced by another waiting to be fed with silicagel-capsules. An infeed sensor mounted the the conveyor ensures that silicagels are only fed, when a bottle is positioned correctly underneath the chute, another sensors mounted to the outfeed checks for bottle back-up jams. CT-CO-120 Cotton Wool Inserting Machine
	Cotton Wool Inserter Model CT-CO-120 Fully automatic cGMP machine designed to work with rope fed cotton, rayon and polyester. The length can be set up to 200 mm and the number of cotton pieces inside one bottle set up to 5 pieces, easily adjusted on the touch screen. The operation is controlled by a programmable logic controller so eliminating machine mis-adjustments. The second pusher pushes cotton into the bottle for deep insertion. The length of cotton to be inserted can be set by numerical value on the touch screen. Two pairs of rollers feed the material and by the stop / start action tear the rope to its pre-set length. Servo drive operation Six station swivel cotton insert tubes. One tube inserts cotton into bottle while other loads a piece of cotton in sequence. Deep insertion:After the first pusher inserts cotton from the tube into the bottle, the second pusher pushes the cotton further for deep insertion. Single and double push selectable. As containers pass along the conveyor, they are gripped by adjustable side belts. The cap is tripped onto the container before passing beneath an adjustable top pressure belt that evenly presses the cap down.
